The Village Square and Meeting House
The village square is the heart of the neighborhood, where quaint storefronts line the walkways. It’s the focal point of the community – the place where everyone gathers for meetings and get-togethers. Any home in Stonegate is a ten-minute walk away from the center.
The Meeting House offers an array of amenities to residents, such as an indoor multi-purpose room that can be used as a basketball court or large community gathering room. The building also features a kitchenette, fitness center, and conference room.
The east exterior facade has been designed so that families can enjoy outdoor movies during warm weather months and seating is in an adjacent ampitheater. A large competition size swimming pool and wading pool serves the community as well.
The Meeting House is a perfect venue for weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and special occasions and is available for rental to both residents and non-residents alike. Please use the form to the right to contact us or call…..for costs and availability.

Parks & Open Spaces
Stonegate celebrates the native history of the area. Committed to preserving and enhancing the natural beauty, the community boasts more than 70 acres dedicated to parks, greenspace and wildlife areas. Stonegate Land Planner, Gary Weaver, has created designs that save the existing native growth in development further enhancing the natural landscape throughout. He has developed a large central park and smaller parks in each individual neighborhood. Colonial wrought iron fences and benches add character to the parks.
Residents are invited to join the garden club and to take part in seasonal plantings throughout the parks and village center.
“We are proud that Stonegate is the location of a state-of-the-art K-4 elementary school in the Zionsville School District. The campus of Stonegate Elementary School is a great environment in which to learn with impressive surroundings and a commitment to quality education that will provide our children with the best learning experience possible at this Four-star school. Zionsville West Middle school also has a campus adjoining Stonegate and serves the academic needs of students in grades 5-8. A paved walking path provides easy access to the school and its athletic fields.”
Stonegate will be donating $200 from every lot sale to the Zionsville Education Foundation.
