We’ve incorporated the best practices developed by land use experts consulted by the Boone County Area Planning Commission. The Stonegate Land Planner, Gary Weaver, has created designs that save the existing native growth in development further enhancing the natural landscape throughout. He has developed a large central park and smaller parks in each individual neighborhood.
