as the Stonegate Preferred Builder Group. They have reserved particular
lots as identified in the site plan.
When choosing your lot, be sure to contact the appropriate builder
listed.
We strongly encourage you to build your home using one of these
premium preferred builders. If you wish to use another builder for
lots not yet reserved please contact
a Stonegate representative at 317-873-2299. For outside, non-preferred
builders, customer must submit a letter requesting confirmation
of their builder. That builder will then be asked to submit an application
to the Stonegate Architectural Control Committee and will be asked
to meet certain building requirements.
All non-preferred builders MUST be approved on a case-by-case or
lot-by-lot basis.
